  9.           pnmmargin - add a margin to a portable anymap

  12.           pnmmargin [-white|-black|-color colorspec] size [pnmfile]

  14.      DESCRIPTION
  15.           Reads a portable anymap as input.  Adds a margin of the
  16.           specified number of pixels, and produces a portable anymap
  17.           as output.
  18.  
  19.      OPTIONS
  20.           You can specify the margin color with the -white, -black,
  21.           and -color flags.  If no color is specified, the program
  22.           makes a guess.
